I am 25, and work in a professional company. I do find that I am effective at speaking to people on on one on one basis but when it comes to meetings I am SO ineffective. I seem to hide behind a very low toned voice, say very little, have very few questions or ideas. Because of this I do not feel whole. How can this be corrected to build confidence and also to talk more effectively? (I need to be more aware and intelligent I guess).

My class is doing a project and everyones has to be different. I’m doing heart disease and i dont know what to title it. Last year a girl from a grade higher than me did heart disease and titled it “The heart of the matter”. I cant call my project the same thing, but i want something interesting or catchy or whatever you want to call it. Any ideas? Please please help. Thank you so much!

I just found out that my cholesterol is in the highest category, including the LDL cholesterol. I am 25 years old, a normal weight, and I have been a vegetarian (but very close to a vegan) for most of my life. I am very upset and confused. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I posted this question once and nothing seemed to work. My 15 year old cat lately has been peeing everywhere around his litter box. I don’t understand why. He doesn’t have a urinary tract infection, his litter box is away from his food. I cleaned his entire room and rearrange everything. No matter what he will use the litter box once or twice and then pee in front of it. My mom is saying she will get rid of him if he does not stop. He is fixed, and there are no female cats around. Someone please help me!

I use a powder for a protien supplement, but it’s really thin and watery. How can I make it thicker?

I have a cholesterol check coming up in 2 and a half weeks, and I know for a fact my cholesterol is very high. Is there a way I could significantly lower my cholesterol in 2 and a half weeks?

I have heard that dry cat food is bad for your cats health. My cat loves dry cat food and only eats a small amount of the wet cat food. I used to give her dry food in the mornings but now I have started to give her wet cat food as that would be the time when she is the most hungry. This morning she woke me up meowing becuase she was hungry and I fed her one of those small tins of cat food and she only ate half. An hour later she still didn’t finish it. I gave her a small pile of dry cat food and she ran straight over and ate it. I don’t think it is enough food for her to be eating only one small tin of cat food a day (half in the morning, half at night). She is already small and although her weight is okay, she really doesn’t need to be any thinner.

I want to have pets in my house but my parents doesn’t allow me to have one…

I walk my dog alot. And hes a big dog. And hes good on a leash. I can handle him really good. But i get scared when he sees another dog. He doesnt bark at all. But the other dogs bark at him. Making my dog run. He rips the leash out of my hands and runs toward the dogs. But he never hurts the dogs. But the dogs always hurt him. How do i control him so me and my dog dont get hurt?
